Marco Lazo is an experienced aviation professional with over 36 years in the industry. Currently serving as Lead Instructor at Spirit Airlines since January 2022, Lazo previously held the roles of Senior Flight Instructor and Airline Captain for Copa Airlines from June 2014 to April 2020, where notable contributions included enhancing safety culture and recognition by the CEO. Lazo served as Director of Flight Operations at Avior Regional, overseeing the certification process for a new airline and designing training and operational manuals.
