Lanie Morgenstern is an experienced professional in corporate social responsibility and communications, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility & Foundation at Spirit Airlines since March 2017, where the focus is on inspiring positive change in local communities. Prior to this role, Lanie co-founded Lion's Compass, a social business community aimed at empowering employees through a supportive online environment. Lanie's extensive background includes positions such as Director of Public Relations at Carnival Cruise Line and Director of Communications at the Cruise Lines International Association, as well as roles at KPMG, Florida Power & Light Company, and Bitner Goodman. Lanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami, complemented by a certification in professional coaching from the same institution.
