Anita Glenn is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Program Lead at Spirit AeroSystems since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading Integrated Project Teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements for the A220 Rate Readiness. Prior to this role, Anita was Head of Operations at NI Climbing Frames from September 2021 to August 2022 and held various positions at Thompson Aero Seating Limited from September 2016 to September 2021, including Value Stream Manager and PMO Project Manager. Anita holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Management from The Open University, completed between 2013 and 2017.
