Shiv Ganapathy is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as the Director of Security Consulting at Spirent Communications since March 2016, following a role as Senior Managing Consultant. Prior experience includes a position as Managing Consultant at Trustwave from 2014 to 2016, and roles as Sr. Security Engineer and Security Engineer at Cenzic from 2007 to 2014. Shiv's career began at San José State University, where responsibilities included Web Developer and Information Technology Administrator from 2003 to 2006. Educated at San Jose State University, Shiv obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (2002-2005) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University (1997-2001).
