Doug Graves is an experienced building engineer currently serving as the assistant chief engineer at Spire Realty Group, LP since June 2018. Previously, Doug held roles such as Lead Engineer at Oblate School of Theology and JLL, where responsibilities included managing maintenance for a 20-acre campus and overseeing multiple Xerox sites in San Antonio, respectively. Doug’s extensive career also includes positions at Travis Commercial and Hines, along with being a member of SAABE from 1988 to 2015. Doug graduated with an Associate's degree in Building Construction Technology from Texas State Technical College and later earned a degree as a System Maintenance Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
