Pascal BARRAT has extensive experience in manufacturing and industrial management, holding various leadership roles at Spirax Sarco since October 2004, including General Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Director of Production. BARRAT also served as the Director Industrial at Spirax Sarco Brazil from October 2014 to May 2015, overseeing multiple departments such as Production, Engineering, and Quality. Prior experience includes significant positions at Valeo from September 1993 to October 2004, managing production units, logistics, and new product projects. BARRAT holds a DESS in Administration des Entreprises from IAE Bordeaux and a degree in Mechanics from Arts et Métiers, along with a Yellow Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma acquired in early 2023.
