Maria Ines Agresti currently serves as the Regional Finance Director for Hispanic LATAM at Spirax Sarco since April 2023. Previously, from January 2013 to September 2022, Maria held several senior roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including VP & GM for the LAG South region, where responsibilities encompassed the commercial strategy for Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia. In dual roles as CFO for the LAG South and Argentina General Manager, Maria oversaw a range of departments including Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Human Resources, while also focusing on financial management, processes, and internal controls. Maria's career at Black & Decker spanned from February 1998 to December 2012, where Maria Ines advanced from Accounting Analyst to Administrative & Finance Manager. Maria began their professional journey as an Accounting & Taxes Analyst at Estudio Tossi-Portillo. Maria holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESEADE and a degree in Contadora Publica from the University of Buenos Aires.
