Emma Machuik possesses a diverse background in both aquatic leadership and clinical research. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate at SpineX Inc., Emma contributes to the development of innovative non-invasive treatments for urinary incontinence and cerebral palsy. With extensive experience at Canada Games Pool, including roles as Aquatic Leader and Lifeguard, Emma ensures swimmer safety and oversees aquatic programs. Additional roles include Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University's Faculty of Health Sciences and various positions in children's recreation and clinical research. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences from Simon Fraser University and is an International Baccalaureate graduate from New Westminster Secondary School.
