Roger Redmond has extensive experience in sales leadership within the medical device industry, currently serving as VP of Sales at SPINEART since January 2015, where previous responsibilities included AVP-East. Prior to this, Roger held the position of Regional Vice President-East at Life Spine from May 2010 to January 2015 and served as Northwest Regional Manager at RSB SPINE & Paradigm Bio Devices from October 2008 to May 2010. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Consultant at American Medical Management and founding First Surgical, LLC, where Roger was President from November 2004 to May 2007. Roger began their career as a Sales Representative at RJR Surgical, Inc. from September 2001 to November 2004. Academically, Roger graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1998.
