Barbara started their career in 1991 at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and worked on various projects to enhance operational efficiency. Barbara then joined Trader Publishing Company as an HR/Sales Manager for Today's Nurse Magazine. In 2005, Barbara became a Human Resource Manager at Harte-Hanks Worldwide Marketing, where they supported multiple locations and managed HR plans and procedures.
