Human Resources and Employment Support

The Peer Support Team at Spinal Cord Injury Ontario provides essential services and emotional support to individuals with spinal cord injuries through various roles such as mediation, regional and provincial program coordination, and service navigation. This team facilitates mentorship, advocates for inclusive practices, and connects peers with resources to help them lead fulfilling lives despite their challenges.

Client Services

The Finance and Administration team at Spinal Cord Injury Ontario is responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources. The Director of Finance oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The Administrative Assistant supports daily administrative tasks and office operations. The Donor Relations Database Administrator maintains and optimizes the donor database, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective donor communications to support fundraising efforts.
