Jelica Bornath is a Senior Lead Process Engineer in Product Development at Spin Master, a position held since March 2022. Previously, Jelica worked at Canadian Tire Corporation from June 2018 to February 2022 as Associate Manager of PD Process & Systems in the Consumer Brands Division, where responsibilities included product ownership of the FlexPLM system and the development of product development metrics reporting. Earlier experience as a Product Development Engineer in the same division involved leading the development of high-quality household kitchen appliances and serving as a subject matter expert in process improvement. Jelica's career began at Spin Master as a Product Development Engineer from May 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and completion of a Data Science Career Track at Springboard.
