Kristin Small is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SPIN since July 2017, Kristin has held multiple leadership roles including Manager of Training and General Manager during tenure. Prior to SPIN, Kristin worked at 3 West Restaurant & Bar as Operations & Beverage Manager from October 2012 to August 2017, and at Winners Circle Sports Grille as Beverage Manager from October 2003 to October 2012.
