Wes Spiker has a long and varied career in the communications industry. In 1978, they began working as an Account Executive at Young & Rubicam Advertising in Los Angeles. In 1983, they moved to Spiker Communications, where they served as President/Creative Director. In this role, they focused on solving problems through creativity and collaboration, emphasizing the importance of human connections.

Wes Spiker attended East Valley High School in Spokane Valley from 1970 to 1972 and then Eastern Washington University from 1972 to 1975, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Marketing.
