Seval DEMiR currently serves as Responsable RH Grand Est at Spie batignolles since March 2023, focusing on advising managers and the Directorate on HR and legal matters, recruitment, and maintaining a positive social climate in the Grand Est region. Previously, Seval DEMiR was Responsable RH at Saint Jean Industries from February 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included recruitment process optimization, payroll management, training policy development, and social relations. Prior experiences at Alstom and Spie batignolles involved HR assistance, recruitment, and training management. Seval DEMiR holds a Master 2 degree in HR Management from EM Strasbourg Business School and various degrees in management and law from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
