Ted Varani has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Ted most recently served as the Vice President of Business Operations at Spiber Inc., where they oversaw the execution of a capital project to construct a facility for mass production and commercialization of renewable bio-polymers. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant - Senior Project Manager at HNTB and as the Vice President of Europe and Asia at GALE PACIFIC LIMITED. Ted also held leadership positions at Alazen, Veolia Transport (now Transdev), Amex Inc., and MIC Group, where they contributed to business development, project management, and sales and marketing efforts.

Ted Varani earned an MBA in Business Administration from HEC Paris in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Central Florida in 1989-1993. Ted also holds a certification as a CMMI Associate from the CMMI® Institute.
