Connie Qian currently serves as Principal at Canapi Ventures since July 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Forgepoint Capital from 2020 to 2024, where Connie held the titles of Vice President and Senior Associate. Prior roles also encompass a tenure in Finance & Strategy at Square from 2017 to 2018, Technology Equity Research at Goldman Sachs from 2015 to 2017, and Technology Equity Research at Baird from 2014 to 2015. Connie Qian holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management with a Real Estate Minor from Cornell University.
