Ritesh Agrawal is an experienced professional in consulting sales and delivery, currently serving as Director at Sphera for India and South East Asia. Previously, Ritesh held the position of Director for Strategic Accounts at thinkstep, where Ritesh also served as Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant. Ritesh began a career in engineering with a management internship at Steel Authority of India Limited and later worked as a Sales Engineer at Valvoline. Ritesh holds an Engineerā€™s Degree in Mechanical from Visvesvaraya Technological University and completed a Management Development program at the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon from 2008 to 2010.
