Layton Smith is an accomplished professional with a strong background in sales and engineering. Currently serving as a Solution Executive at Sphera since November 2022, Layton previously held the position of Sales Executive at Emergo by UL, where notable achievements included being named Product Lifecycle Salesperson of the Month in April 2022 while managing a significant $2.6M annual quota. Layton's experience at UL further enhanced sales capabilities, managing over $1.8M per year and contributing to project engineering efforts. In addition to a background in sales, Layton has diverse experiences in engineering, including internships at Ply Gem and RTI International, and a senior design project at Duke Energy Corporation. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Business/Commerce from North Carolina State University.
