Ty'Lisha Summers has over a decade of professional experience. Ty'Lisha began their career in 2008 at ExxonMobil, where they held various roles, including Packaging Raw Materials Advisor, Aromatics Supply Supervisor, Global Oxo Supply Planner, Global Sales Process Improve Lead, U.S. Terminal Operations Supervisor, Technical Sales Representative, Manufacturing Engineer, and Process Contact Engineer. In 2016, they co-founded SpenDebt.

Ty'Lisha Summers obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology between 2004 and 2008. In May 2021, Summers also obtained a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
