Teresa Frantz is an accomplished Director of Research at Spencer Stuart, where Teresa has been instrumental since July 1997 in enhancing research services through strategic development and management of the Global Information Services team. Responsibilities include overseeing research deliverables, optimizing methodologies for quality and efficiency, and mentoring team members on research techniques. Teresa specializes in Industrial, Legal, and Supply Chain practices, providing expertise in areas such as compensation and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Teresa served as a Corporate Librarian at Montgomery Ward. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Library and Information Science and a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Art Academy of Cincinnati.
