Sergios Tsianos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and human capital analytics. Currently serving as the Global Practice Director for Financial Services at Spencer Stuart since April 2023, Tsianos previously held several key positions at Oliver Wyman from June 2005 to May 2022, including Executive Director and Chief of Staff, where strategic decision-making was enhanced through real-time results visibility and predictive modeling. As a Senior Project Manager, Tsianos played a crucial role in integrating Oliver Wyman's various business units into a cohesive structure, while earlier as Global Head of HR Analytics, the focus was on connecting business strategy with people and financial strategies. Tsianos began their career at Hay Group as a Total Remuneration Specialist, further developing analytical skills in compensation-related work.
