Kristin Wait is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership consulting, currently serving as a Partner at Spencer Stuart since September 2002. Prior to this role, Kristin was a Partner at Korn Ferry International from August 1992 to September 2002. Educationally, Kristin holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Hartford, earned between 1989 and 1991, and a BA in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed from 1984 to 1987.
