Jyoti Chopra is an accomplished leader in diversity, inclusion, and sustainability, currently serving as the Chief People, Inclusion & Sustainability Officer at MGM Resorts International since November 2019. Chopra also holds advisory roles at Spencer Stuart and Toyota Motor North America while serving on the board of directors for Schneider. Previous experience includes senior leadership positions at Pearson and BNY Mellon, where Chopra significantly contributed to global diversity and inclusion initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a degree in Business and Finance from The Wharton School, and a BA Honors in Journalism from New York University.
