George Klemp, Ph.D., is a seasoned consultant in leadership advisory services currently working with Spencer Stuart since January 2022. With extensive experience at Cambria Consulting, Inc., where George has been a partner since March 1985 and led the Executive Assessment practice, George is dedicated to helping clients cultivate essential leadership talent to align with their business strategies. Previously, George served as Senior Vice President and Director of Research at McBer and Company from 1974 to 1985. George holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University, an MA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an AB in Social Psychology from Harvard University.
