Belisha Rizal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership advisory services at Spencer Stuart, where since July 2014, Belisha has served as the Associate Practice Leader for Asia Pacific, leading a team of Analysts and Associates. Prior roles include Senior Associate, specializing in culture and capability assessment, and Associate within global financial services and CEO succession practices, where Belisha contributed to leadership development assessments and M&A services. Belisha began the career at Spencer Stuart as a Research Analyst from 2011 to 2014. Educationally, Belisha holds a Master's degree in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a focus on Econometrics and Management, from the University of Sydney.
