Scarlet Lee is an experienced professional in the energy recruitment sector, currently serving as the Head of Perm - Built Environment, Utilities and Renewable Energy Asia at Spencer Ogden since April 2019. In this role, Scarlet leads the Power, Water, and Renewable Energy team, specializing in sourcing talent for projects throughout their entire life cycle.
