Ismay Burch is a Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Ogden, specializing in Project Planning & Scheduling in Europe since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ismay worked as a Customer Operations Specialist at Monzo Bank and gained experience as a Luxury Retail Sales Assistant at K2 Recruitment Ltd, as well as Bar Staff at Cameron & Co., where responsibilities included customer service and till operations. Earlier career experiences include waitressing at charity events with Ty Hapus and interning at Institut De Beauté in Paris, where Ismay developed French language skills in a professional setting. Ismay holds a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Reading, complemented by studies at Universidad de Sevilla and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
