Perla Cepeda, CPM, CTI Coach, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development & Human Resources for the City of Brownsville, Texas, since June 2019. Additionally, Perla has held the position of Learning & Development Manager at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation since June 2016. Previous roles include Paralegal at Carlos H. Cisneros PC from May 2015 to May 2016, Organizational Development Manager at Littelfuse from October 2014 to April 2015, and Training & Development Supervisor at Albéa Group from September 2004 to August 2014. Perla holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
