James Shepard

Head of User Success & Coaching at Speexx

James Shepard has worked in the customer service and English training industries for over 25 years. James began their career as a Program Manager for the United States Department of Defense in 1985. In 1995, they transitioned into teaching English as a foreign language with Inlingua. James spent two years with British Airways PLC as a Customer Relations representative before moving to Free Lance Business English Training in 1997, where they spent three years as a Business English Trainer. In 2000, James became the Head of Training Services for Speexx, where they have worked for the past 20 years. In their current role, James oversees the development and delivery of Speexx's online language training programs.
