Ben Parker's work experience began in 2005 as a Freelance Event and Production Manager where they worked until 2007. Ben then joined Event & Management Services Ltd as an Operations Manager, overseeing event production and project management services across various sectors. In 2012, they joined Speedy EPS (Speedy Event Services) as a Project Manager, and in 2014, they transitioned to Speedy Services where they held various roles including Mobilisation Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Transformation Manager - Grow, and currently, Strategic Partnership Director.

Ben Parker attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a BA degree in Music.
