Vincent GOUHIER is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation, performance management, and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as the Transformation and Performance Director at Geopost since January 2017, Vincent has led the creation of a monitoring service for subsidiaries navigating specific challenges, overseeing post-M&A integration, and managing equity investments. As an M&A Project Manager, Vincent successfully analyzed 75 projects and concluded 30 negotiations, demonstrating strong financial and negotiation skills in complex international contexts. In addition, Vincent is a Board Member at Speedy JSC and has held significant roles at Veolia, including Chief of Staff and Internal Audit Manager, where efforts focused on software recovery and internal control processes. Vincent holds a Master 2 in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and an Agrégation in Economics and Management from ENS Paris-Saclay.
