John Cox is an experienced business development executive with a proven track record in the motorsports industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Speedway Motorsports, Inc. since January 2017, John has previously held key roles including Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Kentucky Speedway and Director of Business Development at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Earlier in John’s career, leadership positions included General Manager and Sales Manager at Genuine Parts Company. John Cox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1994.
