Moussa Soualmi has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Moussa started their career as a Network and System Engineer at Entreprise Nationale des Systemes Informatiques from 1991 to 1996. Moussa then worked as the Head Computer Science Engineer at National Pension Fund from 1996 to 1997.

Afterward, they joined Schlumberger and held multiple positions. Moussa served as a Data Management Engineer Trainee, Data Management Engineer, Information & Data Management Team Lead, and North Africa Service Delivery Manager from 1997 to 2004. Moussa later worked as an Information Management Business Development Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager for West & South Africa Software Product Sales from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they served as the Country Operations Manager for Schlumberger Information Solutions from 2009 to 2010 and the North Africa Geomarket IT Manager from 2010 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Moussa Soualmi worked as the Head of IT Global Service Desk & Enterprise Management Center (NOC) at Schlumberger. Moussa then served as the Global IT Service Manager from 2017 to 2018.

In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of CloudSurface, a Cloud Professional Services and Solutions Provider. And since 2019, they have been employed at Speedcast, where they initially worked as the Operations Manager for the Middle East, North Africa, Russia, and Caspian Sea regions. Currently, they are the Sr Director Operations for the Middle East, Africa, and CIS countries at Speedcast, overseeing all operational activities and supporting strategic and commercial plans.

Moussa Soualmi earned an Engineer degree in Computer Science from the Université Mentouri de Constantine between 1986 and 1991. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute in June 2007 and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from APMG International in June 2005.
