Yahia Abaza has five years of work experience in various roles. In 2012, they began their career as an Analyst at Penumbra Partners, a boutique business intelligence and strategic advice consultancy. In 2015, they moved to Mendeley, where they worked as a Product Manager and Business Analyst. In 2019, they became a Product Manager at PassFort. In 2021, they took on a Senior Product Manager role at Ometria. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Speechmatics\u00ae.

Yahia Abaza obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from SOAS University of London between 2007 and 2011.
