Rebecca Lieberman is a seasoned professional in government affairs and policy, currently serving as the Director of State Government Affairs at Charter Communications since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Policy Advisor & Research Director at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and Manager of Policy & External Affairs at Times Square Alliance, where Rebecca also contributed as a Policy & Research Analyst. Rebecca's experience is further complemented by a fellowship at Coro New York Leadership Center and an internship at The Lowline. Early career involvement includes a position as Legislative Assistant at the New York State Assembly. Educational qualifications consist of Bachelor of Arts degrees from Barnard College and Columbia University in Urban Studies, Economics, and Applied Mathematics, along with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Cape Town in Business/Commerce.
