Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Staffing at Spectrum Talent Management since July 2014, Atanu is instrumental in implementing new technologies and managing organizational change within a leading staffing firm serving various industries across India, APAC, and EMEA. Additionally, Atanu holds the position of Head of Sales & Marketing at Adjectus Services Pvt Ltd, a Business Process Outsourcing organization established by a merger with Spectrum Talent Management. With previous roles including Senior Sales Manager at MouthShut.com and Strategic Account Manager at Metallicz Media, Atanu holds an MBA in Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and degrees in Biotechnology from Amity University and PES University.
