Cindy Freeman has an extensive work history in the field of disability support and employment services. Cindy Freeman has a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara from 1989 to 1991, and another Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sonoma State University from 1987 to 1989. Cindy completed their high school education at Pinole Valley High from 1983 to 1987.
