Eric Fulcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management across various sectors. Currently a Founding Partner at Spectrum Management Solutions since May 2018, Eric specializes in crisis management and profit restoration. Prior to this role, Eric served as Vice President of Operations for GKN Driveline, overseeing manufacturing operations across the Americas. Eric held multiple positions at Faurecia from 2005 to 2016, including Vice President for the RBU and roles in continuous improvement and manufacturing in various global locations. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Global Operations at Advanced Clean Air Technologies and positions at Lear Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Chrysler Group LLC. Eric holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University.
