We currently manage $450M of mixed-use, urban and student housing development in the Puget Sound Area. Our team has overseen development and construction for a wide range of clients including higher education, civic entities, health care, arts and cultural institutions and private land owners. These projects have included new construction, renovation and adaptive reuse. Sustainable development principles have always played an important role in our work and with the introduction of the LEED rating system, our projects have achieved ratings from certified to platinum with more recent projects achieving higher ratings. Our primary market is made up of public and private institutions in the Puget Sound region seeking oversight for the programming, design, development, financing and construction of mixed-use, urban, environmentally sustainable, student and workforce housing.
