Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in the fields of nutrition, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Propietario at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products aimed at body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held a long-term position as Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as working as a Nutrióloga in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to the academic field as a Catedrático universitario from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational credentials include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online, completed in 2020, and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México, earned in 2015.
