Tracy Massey is an accomplished auditing professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since June 2020, Tracy previously held positions such as Senior Auditor at the University of Wisconsin System Administration and Senior Internal Auditor at Dean Health Plan, Inc. Notably, Tracy spent over 14 years at WEA Trust, culminating as Director of Internal Audit & Chief Risk Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing the internal control environment and risk mitigation strategies. Early career roles included Audit Director for the Credit Union National Association and Internal Auditor for UW Credit Union, along with experience as a Bank Examiner at the FDIC.
