Phil Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and planning across various roles. Currently serving as the EMEA Planning Director at Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited, Phil has previously held senior positions including Head of Planning at Glen Dimplex Consumer Appliances, Head of Supply Chain at Bestway Wholesale, and Head of Demand and Supply Planning at Bestway Retail. Phil's career began at Iceland Foods, where a progression through roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Senior Supply Chain Planner, and Supply Chain Planner was achieved. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Coventry University, where studies were completed from 1998 to 2001.
