Lane Stewart currently serves as the Director of Development at The Spectrum Companies, a position held since January 2021, after previously working as a Senior Construction Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative at DCL Resources, overseeing significant projects such as the 34-story Fifth + Broadway development in Nashville. Additional experience includes Project Manager positions at JE Dunn Construction and Assistant Project Manager at The Walsh Group, where notable projects included multi-family developments and the Charlotte Douglas International Airport facility. Lane's career also includes Project Manager roles at Walden Construction and Superintendent at J.M. Cope, Inc. Lane Stewart holds a degree in Construction Management from Appalachian State University.
