Pierre Gustat has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry spanning over two decades. Pierre began their career as a Sales Representative at Cable & Wireless USA in 1996, where they developed a successful referral network and served as a telecommunications consultant to various organizations. Pierre later transitioned to the role of Account Development Manager, where they worked directly with senior-level officials and contributed to the growth of major accounts.
In 1999, Pierre became an Alternate Channel Manager at Cable & Wireless USA, managing and recruiting master agents in the mid-Atlantic region. Pierre successfully grew revenue and the agent base through partnerships.
In 2002, Pierre joined VGE as Director of Business Development, with responsibilities including agent recruitment, training, and the supervision of top-producing agents. Pierre trained agents on a wide range of carrier products and compensation plans.
From 2006 to 2015, Pierre served as a Master Agent Manager at Trans National Communications. In this role, they managed a telecommunications sales channel comprising 300+ independent sales agents and consistently exceeded sales goals and revenue attainment.
Since 2015, Pierre has been working at Spectrotel as the Director of Channel Sales. Spectrotel is a nationwide provider of voice, data, and enhanced services. Pierre prides himself on offering a level of support and service that has been forgotten in the industry. Spectrotel's commitment to long-term relationships with agents and customers aligns with Pierre's philosophy of "bigger does not mean better" in the telecommunications industry.
Pierre Gustat earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, completing their studies from 1985 to 1989.
