Joe Siravo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe most recently served as the Director of Engineering at Spectrotel since July 2022. Prior to that, Joe worked at CommScope, where they held various positions. Joe started as the Manager of System Engineering in January 2019 and eventually became the Sr. Manager of Systems Engineering / Acting Director in October 2021. At CommScope, Joe led a team responsible for network administration and monitoring, as well as customer activation and break-fix activities.
Before joining CommScope, Joe worked at Broadview Networks (now part of Windstream) for nearly 14 years. Joe held the roles of Manager of Cloud Services from January to December 2017 and OfficeSuite Repair Manager from October 2004 to January 2017. In these roles, Joe managed repair and support functions, created new processes and structures, set performance goals, developed training materials, and collaborated with various teams to troubleshoot issues and improve customer onboarding.
Joe's earliest work experience can be traced back to Computer Aid, Inc., where they served as a Help Desk Level 3 from 2003 to 2004.
Joe Siravo attended Saint Joseph's University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Management Information Systems and Services. In addition, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Eckes and Associates in April 2011.
