Iwona Laboch, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has extensive experience in human resources and HCM consulting, particularly with Workday systems. At Spectris plc, Iwona serves as the Workday Functional Lead for Security & Compensation and has previously held roles as an HCM Consultant. Prior work includes positions at Frontiers as a Workday HCM Analyst and Administrator, as well as multiple HRIS and administration roles at Dyson, encompassing expertise in learning management systems. Earlier roles include office coordination and reception duties at PrePay Solutions and HKC Europe LTD, respectively.
