Nienke van der Werf is a Junior Smart Energy Consultant at Spectral since July 2021, with previous experience in roles such as Member of the External Affairs team at Youths for Climate NL and Graduate Intern in Smart Mobility at Enpuls. Nienke's early career includes positions at OGD ict-diensten, where responsibilities encompassed promotional coordination and recruitment, along with a research internship at QING groep focused on reducing cooling loads. Nienke contributed as Chief Drivetrain & Driving Strategist for Green Team Twente, managing teams and developing predictive models for hydrogen-powered vehicles. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Technology from the University of Twente, complemented by coursework at Delft University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
