Prathyusha Gubba is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in team leadership and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Team Lead Recruitment and Lead Recruiter at SPECTRAFORCE since March 2018, Prathyusha has played a key role in one of the largest diversity-owned staffing firms in the U.S. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. US Recruiter and US Recruiter at SPECTRAFORCE, focusing on providing top talent solutions across North America and India. Earlier, Prathyusha worked as a UK & Europe Recruitment Consultant at TGC WORLD, where responsibilities included sourcing and securing qualified candidates. Prathyusha holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed in 2016.
