Philip Harper is an accomplished optometrist and orthoptist with extensive experience in the field of optometry. Currently serving at Vision Express since December 2017, Philip has previously held the role of Regional Optometrist at Tesco PLC from July 2012 to December 2017 and worked as an optometrist at Vision Express from November 2003 to July 2012. Philip holds a BSc (Hons) in Optometry from City, University of London, obtained from 1998 to 2001, and a BSc in Orthoptics from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed between 1995 and 1998.
